Description

This large, charming house can accommodate friends and family in a privileged location just a few minutes from the seafront in the quiet heart of Carantec in the Baie de Morlaix. Panoramic views over the bay of Roscoff and Saint Pol de Léon, day and night. There are many things to see and do in the vicinity, including the Château du Taureau by boat and Ile Louët, walks along the GR 34 to admire the sea, Ile Callot... Semi-detached house (not overlooked) on 2 floors for 8 people: Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (combi-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), living room, 1 shower room, separate toilet. Floor 1: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160. 1 bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. large balcony-terrace with sea view. Floor 2: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, relaxation area and library on the mezzanine. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, pellet stove, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bed linen provided, beds made up on arrival, cot and equipment.
